Exhausted all my options...
Okay, so I'm beyond frustrated at this point.. I gave birth to my daughter via C section on November 3rd, 2017, and my milk supply seems to be dwindling... I'm drinking more fluids, I'm making lactation cookies and drinking Mother's Milk Tea, I'm nursing her BEFORE giving her a bottle (with either formula or breastmilk I pumped earlier so she can help stimulates production), but NOTHING seems to be working... My breasts haven't felt engorged or even full for weeks, and when I pump, I'm lucky to get 2oz collectively every few hours when I pump while she's sleeping. Recently, I've even woken myself up every 3 hours or so just to pump, trying to get my body to produce to no avail.. What else can I do? I don't want to stop breastfeeding, and with (what seems to me) my low production, I have only been able to store four 5oz bags to freeze. I'm getting emotional because I don't want to be done. Pleeeeease someone give me other tips or advice. And yes, I've talked to lactation consultants already, before anyone suggests it lol
