Subchorionic hemorrhage
Any mommas do squats with a Subchorionic hemorrhage ? I haven’t been to the dr. since 11 weeks (I’m 15 weeks now) but they said it has gotten a lot smaller . Just wondering if anyone has done light workout and were fine?
