Can anyone with social anxiety give me some tips to make friends. I have a hard time doing anything by myself or having a conversation. so it is so hard to make new friends. All I have is my husband who has no ideas on anything to do except play video games all day. I don't get along with my family cuz they always put me down or make fun of me. I feel like I am wasting my life. i had some friends in high school but I spaced myself away from them to get away from drugs. So I am 28 years old with no one to talk to. I'd even settle for someone just to text or fb message. I'm going crazy!!!
