Any Vegan/Vegetarian mamas?
I watched a ton of documentaries and even did my own research allllll night on the negative effects of meat and dairy in human diets. I’ve never been a big meat fan anyway, but I’m considering cutting meat out all together & consuming dairy less. I love yogurt too much lol. Anyways, any mamas have advice or just positive comments on this more plant-based diet?
** I am 21 weeks pregnant & no, I will not be drastically changing my diet; in fact I’ll be eating more than I do now! The goal is to get more nutrients from real food rather than processed food. **
