You should use OPK ... I used to rely on the app only until my doctor told me to use them and realized that my ovulation day was not on the days the app suggested.. even though that was not the only issue... I wasn’t releasing the eggs ... the OPK would pick my fertile day but my body wasn’t releasing the eggs so I will start using the trigger shot along w clomid next month
