Best time to use the clear blue advanced ovulation test?

Hi!
What’s the best time of day to best with the clear blue advanced digital ovulation kit? I have heard first morning, I have also heard it’s better in the afternoon.  Which one is it?

I use FMU, but I know I typically ovulate CD 14-18 so I sometimes test in the afternoon around those days. 
The LH surge usually happens in the afternoon. If you test CD14 and it's negative then test CD15 and it's positive, your probably already 10-12ish hours into your surge. Catch my drift?
