Laxatives while breastfeeding
I've been extremely constipated for days now and last time I went I bled... if like to take a laxative and I'm wondering if it'll hurt my baby.. I breastfeed and give formula.. I know I can pump and save the milk but I hardly get 2 oz of milk if I pump for 45 mins... and that's from both breasts combined.. would it be okay if I take a laxative? It's called Dr. Tobias colon cleanse....please help 😣
