Ok so I just gave birth to my beautiful daughter Thursday 01/11/18 after the csection ( was in labor for 43 hours and her head wasn’t going down) they did skin to skin automatically and I attempt to breastfeed she got some good sucks, nurse said it was a good latch, during the first 24 hours she sucked good only a few times and would either push away or fall asleep they reassured me it was okay but after the 24 hours she just won’t stay on my boob she sucks once or twice and then pulls away, so I had to start giving her formula and start pumping.... anyways after I get out of the hospital I have only been focusing on pumping and giving her formula, is it hopeless to try again breastfeeding I’m lost with it and feel like I’m failing when I see her eat formula
