what is this??

lately I’ve been hallucinating and hearing things like hearing my name being called or just certain things and i don’t know what’s causing this? has anyone been through this before

Sweet heart it could also be something very minor - sometimes out minds do this as a way of coping with previous stressful situations.  Don’t leave it bc it could become more of a problem than it needs to be.  It happened to me and another person I know, it was anxiety and other issues caused by trauma mostly previous abuse. So don’t think you have scizophrenia or something straight away bc it can be caused by heaps of things. I don’t have that and it happened to me a few times for a while. It turns out I was suffering from trauma from my past and I had a mental condition which was highly treatable without medication. So don’t stress out but don’t leave it, go to the docs bc to be honest I suffered for much longer than I needed to when all I had to do is go see a doctor. Also I told them I didn’t want medication so they didn’t just put me straight in to anything, anyway in the end I was commuted to treatment and didn’t need it.

Yes, I have Hallucinations too. They suck. 
You need to mention it to your doctor. There are quite a few different mental health issues that can cause this. Including depression (called depression with psychotic features if you want to look it up).

Anxiety - or flash backs from any drugs you did? Or Are u on anti depressants? You could have a mental illness - don’t worry just go see a doctor straight away and get help. Everything will be totally ok

I don’t know how old you are, but you should probably go to a doctor. Don’t freak out, but it’s always important to see one when you have a symptom like that. I’m sure someone else will mention Schizophrenia which is an obvious possibility, but it can also be another thing. Point is, don’t freak out, but be smart and go to the doctor. 💕 I hope everything works out!
