Just out of curiosity, how many of you mamas that pump Fit it into your schedule by pumping while your commute ? I️ have no choice as I work in the medical field and breaks are hard to come by once I️ get to work. I️ have a battery powered double pump and a hands-free bra and I️ just cover up and pray I️ don’t get pulled over 😂🤷🏽‍♀️

I just got the freemie cups to use with my medela to make it easier to do this Once baby is here and I’m back at work. But I would def look into the freemie cups they sell them at babies r us and just fit into your normal bra. I could never get comfortable with my last one with those big horns sticking out and couldn’t ever get my pump bra adjusted right where it was ever truly hands free enough to be able to drive and pump or really do anything but just pump and hold in place

I did with my first LO for almost a year and plan to do the same with this one. I am a teacher so have one plan period and lunch to do it at school, but honestly that just means I end up bringing work home with me or being stuck at school late to make copies, etc. I turn it on before I start driving and then pull off at a certain spot to unhook. I think that, as long as you don't mess with it while driving, it is perfectly fine!

I’m an RN supe and one of the biggest reasons I stopped breast feeding was because I had no time to pump. My friend(an LPN) was pumping in the office on her unit once and a resident fell right outside the office door and she literally ripped herself off her pump to get to him to help. Ouch! Anyways she did pump in her car with no problems.

I did it! I stopped once the temperatures here were below -10. Waaaaaay to cold for that. Hahaha. I hooked up before I left and covered up with a big scarf. Worked for me!
