36 weeks pregnant tomorrow!

I’m having like dull pain in my hip, it’s like I struggle to get up etc due to the pain and I can’t get comfortable on the sofa as it starts to stiffen up. Could this be an early sign of labour? First time Mum so unsure what to expect TIA :)
