UTI & AZO

I have been having Uti after uti after uti. I take azo for the pain and it works, but as we know it turns your urine orange. Can Azo affect a pregnancy test? I took a digital one and it read Not Pregnant but its been 2 weeks since we had sex, and I had taken two azo the night before so my urine was dark orange. I plan on taking another without azo in my system. Just curious because we are hoping for a positive result!!💜
