Am I the only one?

I get these small pimples/cysts around my vag right in the crease of my legs between my leg and my vag. I have really bad scaring. Is there anything to help these?

I've had one of those and it seems to be some type of calcium buildup mine got cut open at the beach and something started coming out but then it just went away. I don't think they are a big deal but if you feel like something is wrong you should go to your doctor. Hope this reassured you that your not alone, and sorry for the slight tmi.
