2 week old getting frustrated

The last two nights my little girl who is 2 week and 4 days old has wanted to feed constantly on an evening but she gets really frustrated and towards the end of each boob and starts thrashing her arms and legs around and tugging on my nipple and will sometimes cry. It’s almost as if she isnt getting any milk but when I squeeze my nipple milk comes out. It seems different to a growth spurt which I feel we had spot on 2 weeks.

She also comes off each side naturally but 10 minutes later she will be smacking her lips. She isn’t sleeping much either night or day and at my wits end. Family members are all saying to supplement with formula on an evening but I don’t want to confuse her by giving a bottle.

Any tips or advice as to why shes getting so frustrated?
