Bad back and stomach pain in very early pregnancy?

Im 4 weeks pregnant (i think) as its been only 1-2 weeks since conception but have been experiencing bad back and stomach pain for like 5-6 days? It comes and goes and sometimes its sharp shooting pain whereas its milder at other times. But its on going what should i do ? Is this normal or is there a reason for this? ;( first chhild!
