Is this normal, I'm 13 and kind of freaking out. please help
So lately I've been getting these weird bumps on the top of my chest. I didn't think anything of it until now. the bumps have grown red and I'm really scared. I don't know if it's normal or if I need to go see my doctor. please help me I'm kinda freaking out- Kylie
