Pregnant on birth control?

Anyone got pregnant while on birth control? Or know someone who did. 
What type of birth control was it? 
How did you know?
(Preferably wondering about the implant, but I also want to know about other BC as well)

i got pregnant while i was on the nuva ring.

I got pregnant while on the Nuva ring. I found out because I was at my check-up to get me prescription refilled and tested positive on the urine exam and then they did an ultrasound. At the time it was too early to pick up the heartbeat but the doc was able to see "the sac" as she called it lol

yes. I had an IUD (mirena). I'd been on it for 2 years and still had regular periods, which isn't super common.
