Missed combined pill by 4 hours

I’m on the combined pill, but this morning I took it 4 hours late. I had sex yesterday without a Condom, but my partner didn’t finish in me, am I at risk of pregnancy?

I have also been spotting for a week or more because I skipped a period for the first time on the combined pill. Is this normal too? Apart from this morning, I have taken my pill religiously at the same time, never forgetting. Thanks girls x
