I’m trying not to lose my mind

I’m at my wits end I don’t know what to do anymore. This happens every night now multiple times a night. It started with night terrors and takes atleast half an hour to get him back to sleep. Now he’s just stirring and whining which turns into nonstop crying and hysterical screaming. He’s restless and can’t sleep?? Idk. He’s up for the third time tonight screaming in his dad’s arms. Nothing is consoling him. He’s usually a great sleeper and this would happen once in a while but it’s been every night for the past week now. Why is this happening?! There are no answers. He has a very consistent schedule every day and night and we keep sugar out his diet. Doing everything we’ve supposed to do. Is this normal for his age? What else can I do?? I’m burning out...currently 1am running on no sleep...
