is this faulty?

just to explain a little. I know I am pregnant however had some bleeding over the weekend and have been doing small strip tests to watch the line until Friday when I have my early scan. I haven't done a test in a couple of day and done one today to find the second line (pregnancy linr) stronger than the other, I've never had this before. is it faulty? I am 6 weeks and 4 days today xx

I checked every other day until I had my early scan at 7w2d to give myself some piece of mind. Once we saw baby and heard the amazing heartbeat I quit testing. Since then we have found that we have an anterior placenta and just keep an eye on everything. Last night I brought my stethoscope home rom work to listen and can hear her moving around and kicking, but with the placement of the placenta it makes it difficult to hear her heartbeat just yet. 
I’m 19w6d today.

Answer

Even if you were to miscarry you can still get positive tests for up to weeks after so it’s not necessary to keep checking 😌
