I have an embarrassing problem..

I had sex on the first 2 days of my period that my boyfriend was in town after that I started to feel sore & pain on the outside of my vagina. Then it started getting itchy & painful, I'm still on my period & it doesn't hurt to pee or anything because the itching & pain is outside of the vagina & im scared it's something serious
