How early can you tell the gender?

I have an ultrasound that is on 1/23 which also happens to be my birthday. I should be fourteen weeks by then. What’s the earliest that y’all have found out the gender of your baby via ultrasound? Do y’all think it will be to early?

I wouldn’t trust anything earlier then 16 weeks!

I was 14 weeks via ultrasound. Just depends on the baby really - development time can differ and the ultrasound quality.

Typically it's 16-20 weeks. They don't like to say at 14 weeks because it can change

I’ve always found out with my older 3 children at 14-15 weeks. I always go to get a 3D and 4D package so I can have 2 sessions. But they were all VERY accurate with all 3 of mine, and I’ll be doing it again with now 4th pregnancy. It’s really just your preference on when you wanna do it. You can wait for your anatomy scan, through your dr office or you can pay to have it done early!! At the 3D and 4D places they call anything before 16 weeks just a peek. But the just a peeks were all accurate with mine. Like I said your preference, of when and how long you wanna wait!!(:
