im 36 weeks today wanting to try epo to help prepare my cervix for birth, how should I take it and how much? Does it work?

I took it orally and inserted it nightly Nd my water broke. I really think it had something to do with the epo honestly because I wasn't contracting at all and I had to be put on pitocin to start contractions

Doesn’t hurt to try... I’m going to do 500mg,  take one in the morning, one in the evening, and insert two vaginally

I took it orally and I inserted it at night, my labor was only 7 hours and that was my first one. It’s sometimes supposed to induce labor but it did not do that for me, I still had to be induced at the hospital.
