Restarting Exercise While TTC
I used to regularly run, do yoga, and lift free weights. This summer I fell off track with my workouts. Then in December we started TTC. I gained about 5 pounds and am ready to

get back to some sort of exercise routine, but am afraid to start something too rigorous because we’re TTC. What have you ladies done? All advice is welcome, thank you!!!
