I have had pinching pain on my left ovary since ovulating, with a lot of pinching activity yesterday. Today, (4dpo) while getting ready for work, I was doubled up for about 20 min because it felt like someone was ripping my right ovary out. The pain is gone on that side now, and pack to a constant pinch on my left. It’s quite uncomfortable to move around or stretch. I have PCOS, but never experienced this much pain before in the middle of the month. I just recently had an ultrasound and miraculously didn’t have any cysts! So I know it can’t be a cyst bursting. My breasts are more sore than usual, too. We have been TTC for 5 months now. Is any of this possibly a GOOD sign?!?
