Sleeping at 6 months
My baby is 6 months old and has never slept through the night, He's gone through phases of waking at 4am ish for a feed but that would be all! Recently it just seems to be getting worse... this is our routine...
8:00am- wake up, 5oz bottle and play time
9:30am- breakfast (porridge) then more play
12pm- nap for around 45 mins
1pm- 7oz bottle then play time/go out
4pm- nap for around 45-1 hour
5:30pm- dinner and yogurt and play time
8pm-9pm- get ready for bed and 7oz bottle, usually asleep by 9pm
Then recently he will wake up 3-4 times through the night and work his way through another 9oz of milk. Can anyone see where I might be going wrong or any changes I could make to help him sleep through or not wake up as often? Any advice would be appreciated :-)
