Planning Information

Good Morning everyone!

My wife and I just married in October and plan to start a family at the end of the year. We are new to this, so I kinda just wanna know a little back ground on the situation. We plan on doing it from home and just buying the vial because we can’t afford all the IVF treatments. I’m not sure what medicine I should be taking now or steps to helping getting pregnant when the time comes. Please, if anyone has any information on the process I would love to hear it.
