Which SIDS monitor would you recommend?

Honestly none.... you're almost just as likely to randomly stopped breaking in your sleep. Follow safe sleeping practices and don't co-sleep if you are afraid. You're much more likely to get into a car accident or ingest something unsafe on any given day than have a child suffer from SIDS.

I plan of getting the Owlet. I know a lot people think it’s unnecessary but my husband and I agreed that if it’s going to help my peace of mind then it’s worth it id rather spend the money of something that can save my baby and never “need” than not have it and find out I “needed” it

I have a baby monitor and that’s good enough for me.  I wake up anytime she moves slot or makes a noise

I have only tried the angel care one it was so sensitive and constantly alarmed and gave me awful anxiety we switched to a regular monitor and I checked on him the first night or two often but after that I relaxed and was fine.

None. Just practice safe surroundings. If anything to ease your mind, a baby monitor works perfectly fine. I wouldn’t spend money on those monitors you show. Nothing can prevent SIDS except having they’re bed (bassinet, crib whatever) empty and just with a fitted sheet. And use like a swaddle blanket or sack I think instead of regular. 
I co sleep now but my son always slept fine in his bassinet & the one on a pack n play when he was small.

I bought the snuza, and bought the 250$ angel care monitor and mat.. never once used the snuza, and the mat I used one night..... it doesn't matter you'll still  check if baby is breathing 25 times a night.  your instincts will not trust technology.
