question 37+5

so last night my panties were a little damp twice. so I changed them. I be noticed the past couple of days white discharge and clear watery discharge as well. When I woke up this morning I had to pee really bad. My panties were soaked. so I sat down to pre and before I pushed liquid started coming out on its own. I urinated then wiped and now I have cleaned up and all seems fine. I have no pain. But I have a doc appt tomorrow? should I wait? what do I look for? I'm a little damp again? could this be urine? It doesn't really smell like it??

its just scary because my panties were super wet when I woke up. And when I went pee all the liquid poured out on its own?? normal or no??
