Major headache.!!! 4 weeks pregnant. Meds or no meds?

I'm 4 weeks pregnant and I'm having a major headache. Do you guys know if Tylenol 500mg is safe to take?

There's a couple medications you can take while being pregnant I know for sure Tylenol you can take. Also if you're sketchy about what kinds to take you can always have your doctor prescribe a pain killer you can successfully take without harming the baby.
