Paxil vs Lexapro

I am currently on Paxil and have a major side effect of little/no sex drive to the point of it effecting my marriage. Doctor wants me to switch to Lexapro as it may be gentler with less side effects like this. I mostly struggle with anxiety, so am nervous about a med change. Any experience with either of these meds? Thanks.
