is it my uterus stretching
so for the last couple weeks my lower back has been hurting so bad I've been feeling like kinda like pinches but in my lower abdomen and today my lower abdomen has been hurting not real bad it just hurts I'm 14 weeks today plus my fiance laid his head on my lower abdomen and heard a heartbeat that wasn't my heartbeat I've been feeling flutters too but cld it be my uterus stretching with the pinches feeling and has anyone else gone thru this at 14 weeks if so I wanna hear ur story and experiences plz
