**HELP** implantation bleeding?

I'm on day 16 of my cycle and I randomly had very very light spotting today. And by light, I mean I went to the bathroom, wiped and there was a small amount of blood and there hasn't been anymore since. 
Could this be implantation bleeding? This week is my fertile week. I've been pregnant twice before and both times ended in miscarriage by 9 weeks but I never experienced this with either of those. So I'm curious now?

I am trying to conceive, and i am 6/7 days away from my period and i had fresh spotting after sexual intercourse last night i looked it up because this had never happened to me before and google gave me hopes of implantation bleeding so i am so so hoping i am pregnant this time💜 🤞🏻

I didn’t experience implantation bleeding until the day after I tested positive (which was a week after my period was due).
