has any one had BV? And what are some things you have don't to help get rid of it besides antibiotics? I am taking antibiotic for it. and do Apple cider vinegar baths help? My Friend say they do but I'm scared to try it.

My sister in law is prone to BV infections.  She takes a shot of apple cider vinegar every morning to help balance her pH.

Yes, I've had it a few times I opted for an antibiotic shot in the booty last time cause I suck at remembering to take medicine lol..

BV is very common in females it’s nothing horrible just more bacteria than usual only thing that can help is that antibiotics and eating clean drinking lots of water or cranberry juice and don’t use fragrance soaps also you can use soap down there just not in there lol ... go commando sometimes and wear cotton undies 👌🏽

As far as I know antibiotics are the only way to get rid of bv. In terms of prevention, don’t put anything in your vagina that shouldn’t go there. Including soaps and douching. You don’t need to clean inside as it cleans itself, just use warm water and a wash cloth so clean the outside; NO SOAPS
