lactation supplements

Have you ever heard of lactation cookies? Its supposed to help increase milk supply for nursing moms. I'm finally getting my insurance covered pump and want to make sure that I can both feed him and pump enough to freeze for if my mom is taking him while I nap. Extra supply of course too. My LO is only 8 days old but I also want to be able to freeze a good supply for when I go back to work in March. Any other types of lactation supplements that are good and actually work? I'm really hoping to make this work for me and my LO. Especially afyer all the trouble I've had with him latching so far. We are finally seeming to get him to latch and nurse correctly. I want whats best for him and to not have to switch to formula if I can avoid it.
