Postnatal Insomnia 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
Any mommies out there has suffered or are dealing with postnatal insomnia? I'm a FTM and finally my 11 weeks old has been sleeping for 7 hours stretch, but unfortunately now I'm the one that can't sleep, I either can't fall asleep or stay asleep 😴 i don't know how much longer can I function with only 4 hours of interrupted sleep 😫 any advice !!!
