should i go to the doctor

i take ritalin and escitalopram. i took 5mg each for two weeks then i had to change my dosage to 10mg each (yesterday evening i started taking 10mg escitalopram and today morning i took 10mg ritalin) is it normal to have lower blood pressure? i have a lot of hypotension symptoms (nausea, dizziness, lightheadedness, headaxge) but some of them may be side effects of the medicine. should i go to the doctor or am i exaggerating? it worries me bc i know one of ritalin's side effects is higher blood pressure but for me its the other way around
