Early positive opk?

Glow says I'm not supposed to ovulate for 6 more days (I think I'm around CD9), but I started opk testing today, and I got this! I just came off the pill, so maybe my cycle is a little off? I've also had cramping for the past 3 or 4 days, since my period ended. Does it look positive to you ladies?
