Why am I high risk?

The ER mentioned I was high risk for my pregnancy. I have had 3 miscarriages in the pass. The ER labeled me as high risk but I have never heard my obgyn or his PA tell me that. I am 15 weeks and 4 days pregnant.

They always put me as high risk in the hospital, but at my obgyn I’m not considered high risk I think it’s a hospital thing. I’ve also had 3 miscarriages
