Birthday and doctors

Today is my birthday and i had an appointment... im 38 weeks and one day and just am so scared of all the possibilities of what could happen between now and the 31 of january (my due date) part of me feels like im gonna go into labor early and im just going to suck at being a mother while another part wants to look at the more positive side... sometimes i wonder if being a teen soon to be mother changes anything..
