Who goes to the gym at 4am PST?
If you do can you be my gym buddy and help me get up in the morning!? I usually try and wake up at 3:30am to be there by 4am. I stay for about 50 min and shower there at 4:50am. This is the schedule I have because of work. I leave the house by 5:30am.
