How to detect O after +ve OPK?

Hey ladies,
Finally after 5 months of TTC with all -ve OPK, I got +ve OPK on Jan 17, 2018
How do I detect actual O day?
Any help?

Some people can "feel" it... like a pinch in the hip area. If you bbt chart you'll know you O'd by the temp spike :) Some get nauseous...some can't tell at all. The rule is typically 24-48 hours after + tho
