I wanted to share my finds on this topic. I have been off birth control and trying to conceive for two years. Ever since stopping the birth control, I have struggled with acne around my chins and mouth. It has been such a confidence killer and I have been super self conscious about it. I have spent hours upon hours searing for remedies, washes, scrubs, spot treatments, makeup that’s good for covering huge cystic pimples. It’s been such an added downer to not being able to successfully conceive yet. Well, I have finally found a routine that has made a definite difference in just a week and a half. It is all natural, all cheap, and all on amazon! 👌🏼

Raw African Black Soap for washing, followed by Tumeric Spot Treatment for 20 minutes (follow instructions on this bad boy, it can stain your skin), then for a toner I use the Thayer Witch Hazel Toner in Rose Petal. The soap can be somewhat drying to the skin (not as bad as the heavy duty acne cleansers though, and this works better), so definitely use a good moisturizer to follow! 👍🏼
