Itchy, painful breast

I have fibrocystic changes in my breast tissue.. but the last couple days (it’s my fertile week) I’ve had a throbbing/shooting type pain that only lasts for a few sec and comes randomly in one of my breasts. Also the same nipple is a little itchy. Anyone ever have this? Is it due to hormones around ovulation time?
