Update * Help??... labor or Braxton Hicks?

Question

Been contracting ever since oh and I had intercourse around 11pm. At which point should I ring my midwife ? Or should I wait?

I say go in. I had a 34 week appointment today and let my worries and concerns spill out, one being how the umbilical cord can get wrapped around the baby.
The OB said that if you’re getting frequent contractions or Braxton Hicks early on it could be a signal that something like that is happening they’d be able to easily fix. She didn’t say it to scare me and I really hope that it doesn’t scare you. 
Since they’re so close together you should probably go in and at least be completely sure your baby is okay. Which I’m sure it is! Good luck and let us know what happened if you can 💕

I would recommend using an app it’s so much easier and tells important information like duration and frequency. It does look consistent so I also recommend drinking a large glass of water and laying on your left side. Continue to track them, if they stay consistent or get closer/stronger/more painful go to the hospital, if they lighten up or get longer apart again it is false labor.

Just an update to everyone and Thankyou for your replies !! 
I ended up calling my midwife at 4am and she said to settle down and wait for them to get stronger and give her a call if anything changes etc. 
I finally got to sleep around 5am and woke up to a contraction around 11.. by this time contractions were still the same so I decided to wait a bit to call my midwife. 
I ended up calling her around 3pm and asked her if she’d just do a little check up since I was still contracting and I wanted to make sure baby wasn’t in any sort of distress.. 
well good thing I did, because she ended up finding that my baby’s heart is skipping a beat. 
She sent me to the hospital where they did lots of tests Including blood, ultrasounds, non stress test and vaginal exam. 
Turns out I am 3cm dilated, and I was 1cm dilated 2 days ago so I am progressing. Currently, 
I’m still having contractions and after all the tests etc I am resting at home waiting for them to come stronger and we’re keeping an extra ear out for his heart rate to see if it’s still happening. If it is, I’ll be induced by 38 weeks if he doesn’t come sooner. 
Thanks again for your replies and also what I learned from this is not to be scared to call your midwife and also don’t be scared to ask for a check up/exam!! I’m so glad I did.

I go by the 5-1-1 rule. Those look consistent.. I would make a call.
