does anyone know what this could be?? this is the second time this has happened. the first time was a few weeks ago, and wasn't as bad. the top of my stomach, about where the bottom of my ribcage is, in the middle is causing me a lot of pain... and my back hurts in the same spot. My back hurts way worse than the front, especially when I lay down. I've been up all night long trying to get comfortable, and make this pain go away. I've used the restroom, so I'm not constipated, and I haven't thrown up. No fever that I know of. can anyone help?! it feels like someone punched me right in the top of my stomach, and has a knife in my backbone.
