On January 12&13 I had light pink spotting then on the Monday my symptoms started

Itchy boobs plus left boob gets a weird twitch pain and then goes away very fastly..

the feeling of throwing up.

I been getting acne breakouts! I had cramping that last 2 days on my left side only.. been super tired a lot more. Been having really weird vivid dreams stuffy nose and runny nose .. feeling dizzy VERY EMOTIONAL!! I’m confused why I’m having all these symptoms because I still have till the 29th to get my period and I’m on birth control.. (I don’t know if it means anything but I don’t take my birth control at the same time every day) thanks ladies!!
