Well I'm 5'3 & my ideal weight is 130 so if my height was 5'4, my answer would probably be the same. All depends on your body type though. Yes, I'm short, but I have a medium/curvy build & I feel so healthy at 130.

no used to weigh 105-115. I now weigh 150. I know I feel not secure in my body now than I ever for when I was "thin" my husband prefers the extra weight and I get hit on and complimented just as much now probably more than when I was smaller
