Who was/is a young mother ?

Im 17 and pregnant and have a 11 month old baby. No shame. I gotto school like any other teenager. I’ll go to college just like anyone else.... Just because you get pregnant doesn’t mean your life is over. doesn’t mean ur any different. Yeah more responsibilities. Less sleep. But not impossible to handle.

I’m 20 will be 21 and pregnant and some people consider me a young mother🤷🏻‍♀️. Young mother or not tho so long as your happy and your baby is happy and everyone is healthy and your working towards a better life for the both of you then all is well! I of course can’t condone 13 and 16 year olds having sex because at those ages you will have a lot of issues getting any kind of income and it will be hard to help yourself except to go to school at those ages if you get pregnant BUT that doesn’t mean mothers that young deserve to be shamed if anything they need more support then the rest of us!

It is so relieving to read this post and these comments....my SO and I were only together for a few months when we found out but we had been friends for a few years. I was in my second semester of my senior year and terrified. I was doing exactly what my mom had done 😂. I told no one except for my teachers and a couple friends. I wasn’t able to enjoy it until my DD finally came in November. I wish I hadn’t hid it from everyone and took time to enjoy it. But I’m happy now and love knowing I’m not the only one who knows my life isn’t over just because I had a baby younge!

I met my boyfriend when I was 12 years old, we were bestfriends & then we started dating & now I'm currently 16 & pregnant! I'm 25 weeks prego & my man has been the best, we just found out were having a little boy 😭💙🙏

I am 19 year I got pregnant at 16 year old had my daughter at 17 years old finished school at 17 and I have one year of college and I'm 14 weeks and 5 day pregnant there is no shame

I’m 18, going on 19 and 17 weeks pregnant with my first 🤷🏻‍♀️
I unfortunately haven’t gotten to graduate as I got pregnant at the beginning of the school year and missed too many days with morning sickness, so I was kicked out... But one day I will graduate, and I will further my education. I feel a lot of judgment and doubt towards me, being a young mother and my boyfriend being older than me, but I love my life and I’m with a stable man for once!

We’ve been together for a year and I’m now 14 weeks pregnant.
I’ll be finishing school up by December, and going to college. We’ll have our own place by April/May. Just because you’re a young mom don’t mean you’re not capable of raising your child and doing everything you possibly can for them.❤️

Met my now husband at 14, I had my daughter at 17, now I'm 19 will be turning 20 on 2/25 and I'm due 2/7 with my son. We got married when I was 18, we just bought our house after our daughter turned 2 I couldn't be happier with my life ❤️
