pregnancy?

ok so I have severe pcos so over the past 2 years I've rarely had periods but the past 4 months I've been having regular periods so I'm assuming finally my body is getting better and back to normal as I'm currently trying to loose weight, because I was told I was infertile me and my boyfriend of 4 years don't use condoms which some think is stupid but it's always been ok this whole time. but because my periods have started to come back we've been only having sex on my infertile days just incase, I'm 3 days late this month which I don't know if it's my body and pcos playing up and stopping my periods again or not I haven't experienced any spotting untill now I have pink liguidy fluid discharge is this a sign of my period coming or pregnancy
